Senior Linux / Unix Administrators
Netenrich is looking for very experienced Linux/Unix Administrators, who will be responsible for supporting and maintaining clients' Linux/Unix environments worldwide. Additionally, this person must be able to function effectively and independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment. This position will be part of Network Operations Team and reports to the Operations Manager. The Sr. Linux/Unix Administrator will be part of Level 2/3 support team on a 7*24*365 shift rotation.
Responsibilities
- System Administration - including managing the trouble ticket queue, responding to proactive monitoring alerts, executing change controls, routine maintenance, shell scripting, performance monitoring, tuning, and system diagnostics.
- 24x7 rotational on-call support, including escalation to Emergency Response Team (ERT), driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Preventative action follow-though, and participation in weekly operations reviews.
- Participation in all on-going infrastructure initiatives including: Software Currency, Hardware Technology Refreshes, Security hardening / Patch currency, and Enterprise Monitoring process improvements
- Implement Operating System security policies and procedures, in line with Client objectives.
- Adherence to all infrastructure build standards and final certification of all new system builds through a formal team Operational Readiness reviews
- Regular proactive capacity planning and tending reviews of all systems
- Efficient system resource utilization, including optimal performance and management of resource Sharing environments
- Interaction with 3rd party vendors, Client Teams and senior onsite Systems Engineers as necessary to optimally perform job responsibilities
- Create and Maintain detailed up to date technical documentation (e.g. standards, process, Run Books)
- Detailed reporting on the status of trouble tickets and Build projects through defined processes.
Requirements
- Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of 7*24 Production support experience in managing Linux/Unix environments across different hardware platforms.
- Hands-on experience in build, clustering, configuration, design, deployment and scalability of Linux/Unix server hardware.
- General Administration of Unix/Linux - Installation, Users Creation, Group Creation, Permissions, Creations of Folders, Mail (Send Mail, Postfix, Spam Filter Assassin), Web (Apache, Tomcat), FTP, DHCP, DNS, Proxy (Squid), Samba, Firewall (NAT, IP Tables, Packet Filter, IP Filter) LDAP, NFS, NIS, Clear case, Rebuilding the Kernel, Integrating Windows to Linux Domain, Domain in both Windows (ADS) and Linux using LDAP
- Must be part of the 7*24 on-call schedule for UNIX administration; must be enthusiastic about learning and supporting other flavors of UNIX administration (eg. Solaris, AIX). Understanding of the implementation and configuration of clustering software for the primary OS is strongly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with installation and troubleshooting various Linux/Unix flavors like RedHat, Fedora Core, CentOS. Must be able to write scripts using Shell (Bash/Ksh/csh) and Perl.

Senior Windows Administrators
Netenrich is looking for very experienced Windows Administrators, who will be responsible for supporting and maintaining clients' Windows environments worldwide. Additionally, this person must be able to function effectively and independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment. This position will be part of Network Operations Team and reports to the Operations Manager. The Sr. Windows Administrator will be part of Level 2/3 support team on a 7*24*365 shift rotation.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years of progressive experience in the Domain.
- Strong expertise in Windows 2003, Exchange 2003/2007, MS Active Directory, MS SQL, MS Clustering, IIS in Multi-Site environment
- Must have performed migrations from Windows NT/2000 to Windows 2003 domains. Must have performed migrations from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007, preferably in multi site environments
- Must have in-depth and strong working knowledge of networking concepts, MS Clustering, Windows IIS, web technologies and system security
- Prior experience in design, installation, configuration, operation, troubleshooting, reporting and maintenance of MS Active Directory and Exchange 2003/2007
- Should have performance monitoring and troubleshooting activities
- Solid experience in Multi-Domain Administration, Active directory, Group Policies, and Exchange administration a must
- Experience working with Exchange Backups and Restores using native backup tools and 3rd party backup software.

Senior Network Administrators
Netenrich is looking for very experienced Network Administrators, who will be responsible for supporting and maintaining clients' network infrastructure worldwide. Additionally, this person must be able to function effectively and independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment. This position will be part of Network Operations Team and reports to the Operations Manager. The Sr. Network Administrator will be part of Level 2/3 support team on a 7*24*365 shift rotation.
Responsibilities
- Primary responsibilities include - Handling Incidents, Service requests and problems, Register Incidents and Service Requests as per defined metrics and service level requirements, Investigate and diagnose Incidents, attempt to resolve them or escalate/refer them to someone who can, based on defined metric and agreed service levels. Log and update the Incident investigation and diagnosis. Monitoring the status and progress towards resolution of all open Incidents, Ensure correct information is logged before closure of Incidents, Participate in daily/weekly/monthly status calls with Clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of 7*24 Production support experience in managing complex network infrastructure across different hardware platforms.
- Experience in a LAN/WAN and multi-platform environment including Cisco Routers, multi-layer switches, Pix/ASA firewalls, Load balancers and Intrusion Detection systems is a MUST.
- Ability to evaluate, implement and manage data communications infrastructure, Internet and Intranet infrastructure, WAN, LAN and wireless networks and network applications.
- Experience in Command Center/ Network Operations Center is a big plus.
- Good exposure to HP Switches, Juniper Netscreen, SQUID Proxy and VOIP.
- Strong understanding and extensive experience with Network protocols /services/technologies like DS3, T1, OSI, TCP/IP, UDP, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, ATM, Frame-Relay, IP Sec, NAT and MPLS.
- Experience with Network documentation and monitoring tools such as Visio, HP Network Node Manager, Solarwinds, Network Physics, Sniffer, MRTG and Cisco Works.
- Should be able to recommend adjustments to a wide variety of complex network management functions with responsibility for overall performance and availability of Networks.
- Experience with Shoretel VOIP systems, Avaya IP Telephony, Asterix VOIP, Cisco Call manager is a big plus but not mandatory.
Service Delivery Managers
NetEnrich is looking for Service delivery managers who will ensure "best in class" Service delivery support of Customer IT infrastructure, based on defined Service levels. We require experienced IT infrastructure professionals with significant Service delivery experience in the delivery of Remote IT Infrastructure services to clients across the globe and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through Service Delivery success.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and Manage Service Level Performance, Escalation procedures, timely response and resolution of issues, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preventative action follow-through.
- Conduct weekly operations reviews, and regular reporting on Service availability.
- Schedule and conduct a weekly Service delivery updates with the customer/s.
- Work closely with the Customer and Netenrich Operations team to manage service delivery by setting goals, aligning expectations on both sides, reviewing and analyzing performance reports, developing and implementing action plans to improve performance and ensuring compliance as per defined Scope of Work.
- Proactively monitor the Incident, Problem and Change process and manage problem and change issues and alerts as needed.
- Escalation to appropriate function head for resolution of non-deliver
- Be a Primary SPOC for the engagement to handle delivery escalations from customer or Netenrich Account Managers.
- Work with the customer to understand issues and requirements and respond to requests for new services to help grow the business.
- Help to ensure quality of service and manage cost of delivery by looking at better ways to provide service in a cost efficient manner.
- Influence senior executives from the customer side to invest appropriately in people, process and technology in order to drive consistent service delivery, ensure quick resolution of issues and to obtain support for performance improvement initiatives.
- Develop strong relationship with clients across the globe to proactively anticipate emerging needs. Keep up on industry trends and best practices from a business and technology perspective.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in computer science or related field.
- Masters degree in Business management or PMP Certification is preferred.
- Eight (8) or more years of experience in IT infrastructure Support Services, Project and Program management.
- 5 or more years of Supervisor/Management experience managing customer-facing teams.
- Strong ITIL fundamentals.
- High level understanding of all IT Infrastructure related technologies like Desktops, Servers, Networks, Databases, Security, Storage and Backups.

OPERATIONS (SHIFT) SUPERVISORS FOR NOC
Netenrich is looking for experienced NOC Supervisors with combined Windows, Linux and Network experience, who will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of the clients' Systems and Networks worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Windows, Linux, and Network technologies. Additionally, this person must be able to function effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment. This position will be part of Network Operations Team and reports to the Operations Manager. The NOC Supervisor will lead a particular shift within the 24*7*365 shift schedule for the NOC.
Roles and Responsibilities
- The primary job function is to lead the staff who remotely monitor, manage, configure and troubleshoot Managed server and Network environments throughout the US and other geographies across the world. The Supervisor's responsibility is to ensure maximum efficiency from their team, take ownership of customer issues and oversee the coordination of restoration efforts.
The other responsibilities include but not limited to
- Must be part of a 24*7*365 rotation schedule.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the NOC. This includes Ticket Triage, Troubleshooting, Customer Service etc
- Shift assignments & call out scheduling.
- Ensure adequate staffing, Training, coaching/mentoring and conducting annual performance reviews
- Establish NOC employee goals & objectives.
- Prioritization and delegation of trouble tickets
- Creation and maintenance of process/procedure documentation
- Lead initiatives to develop and deploy new tools for NOC
- Manage customer relationships to guarantee performance levels are established, proper support is provided and needs are satisfied in a responsive manner.
- Direct interaction with customers and partners when necessary
- Point person to go to, for any escalation during the shift.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Experience working in 24*7*365 environment
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience in Windows/Networks/Linux System administration in highly available production environments.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, with strong organizational, planning and analytical abilities
- Proven ability to quickly isolate and troubleshoot issues under pressure in a production environment
- Solid understanding of basic network technologies including Ethernet, routing, and switching (LAN and WAN )
- Experience with performance monitoring tools and technologies
- Experience with automation of system deployments, maintenance, patching, and upgrades.

Senior Security Engineers/Analysts
Netenrich is looking for very experienced IT Security Administrators, who will be responsible for identifying and documenting IT security requirements required to re mediate significant risks and achieve desired levels of confidentiality, integrity, and availability based on customer policies and industry best practices. Additionally, this person must be able to function effectively and independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment. This position will be part of Network Operations Team and reports to the Operations Manager. The Sr. Security Engineer will be part of Level 2/3 support team on a 7*24*365 shift rotation.
Responsibilities
- Work with IT infrastructure teams to plan and conduct risk assessment activities on Customer IT resources to prevent or remediate significant risks. Identify and document vulnerabilities and threats using repeatable risk assessment methodologies and processes. This may include producing and analyzing output from infrastructure, database, or web application vulnerability assessments and developing spreadsheets, diagrams, and Word documents as requested.
- 24x7 rotational on-call support, including escalation to Emergency Response Team (ERT), driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Preventative action follow-through, and participation in weekly operations reviews.
- Periodically perform Information Security audits at customer environment to ensure a reduced rate of cases and incidents that would relate to Information Security and develop corrective action plans with appropriate management.
- Provide system/network hardening expertise, minimum security baselines as per industry standards. Develop and review secure O/S builds for all computing platforms. Provide technical guidance and leadership to security hardening initiatives for existing OS, Network and Storage environments.
- Implement systems and controls to prevent unauthorized access to customer environment. Design and deployment of the IT security infrastructure, including management and analysis of security tools.
- Interface with Customers and Netenrich engineers to ensure security remediation happens immediately upon detection.
- Benchmark new security tools and technologies introduced in the market and keep abreast with the latest security technology enhancements in the IT infrastructure domain.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science of equivalent.
- 6+ years experience in the IT Infrastructure services, of which a minimum of 3 years should be in IT Security related area.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be customer focused, to understand and appropriately respond to clients business needs, and facilitate the presentation of recommendations.
- Broad background in IT technologies, processes, standards, and best practices Demonstrated small, self-directed team player; a self-starter who does not require close supervision.
- Hands on experience with Security solutions such as firewall, IPS, IDS, VPN, authentication, anti-virus, content filtering and patch management
- At least one of the IT Security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, SSCP, GSEC, GISF, etc.) required. Other technical certifications (MCSE, CCNP, CCNA, CCIE, etc.) a plus.
- Should have worked on Perimeter security and Data center security deployment and audits.
- Hands on experience with security information and event management systems (ArcSight, High Tower, RSA envision), firewalls (PIX, Netscreen, ASA, Checkpoint) and IDS/IPS systems (Juniper, Tipping Point).
- Provide domain expertise on Networks and platform operating systems, including Linux, Solaris, AIX, Windows etc along with knowledge of security infrastructures within these platforms; knowledge of TCP/IP and network administration/protocols/Cisco. Knowledge of firewall architecture and design, Network architecture and knowledge of monitoring and reporting solutions to proactively identify issues and mitigate risk.
- Knowledge of databases and how to secure them is a big plus.
