Description



Sr. Network Administrator

Sr. Network Engineer with atleast 2 years of hand-on experience in managing networks.
This position requires you to:
  • Design, Implement, Troubleshoot and Document network infrastructure.
  • Act as Level 2 support for all network/operations needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors to engineer and diagnose the data center, corporate and WAN networks.
  • Lead a small group of Level 1 Operations personnel.
  • Provide sales support for new sales opportunities.
  • Provide cheerful and expert customer support.
  • Be self motivated and highly energetic.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal and team skills.
  • Multitask and perform in a fast paced, critical customer support environment.
Required Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with switches, routers, LAN, WAN and VPN.
  • Routing Protocols: BGP and OSPF.
  • Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HSRP etc.
  • Experience with network management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Skills:
  • CCNA/CCNP certifications.
  • Experience with network analyzers.
  • Experience with firewalls.



IT Infrastructure Delivery/Program Managers - 3 openings (ITD/PM1)
This position requires:

  • Responsible for delivering IT services for multiple customer accounts.
  • Responsible for meeting the SLAs committed to the customers
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and meeting the customer expectations.
  • Implement processes and methodologies for delivering the services efficiently and maintaining the productivity.
  • Responsible for planning, recruitment and managing the team to deliver the customer commitments.
  • Provide visibility of the services rendered to the customer which may involve travel to meet the customer in person.
  • Understanding of the customer's special requirements and planning for meeting them on need basis.
  • Provide leadership to a team of IT professionals.
  • Managing customer escalations.
  • Develop and maintain a service culture and implement measures to achieve improve service performance.


Required Technical Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering with exposure to Computers
  • Understanding of technologies in IT Service Delivery (Servers, Networking, Desktop, Security)
  • Experience in interacting with the customers
  • Experience in processes, methodologies and delivery management to meet the SLAs
  • Experience in engaging with customers and communicating to the executive staff (VPs,CEOs, Directors) in NorthAmerica, Europe and Asia Pacific region customers.
  • 6+ years in IT Management / System Administration Area with exposure to Windows/Unix/Networking
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
  • Experience in pro-active management of IT infrastructure



IT Infrastructure Delivery Leads - UNIX / Linux / Redhat / Solaris / Security / Clustering / VMWare - 3 openings (ITIDL2) This position requires:

  • Leading a team of engineers to provide IT managed service to customers.
  • Managing daily problems, performing routine maintenance, monitoring the system and network health.
  • Troubleshooting difficult technical problems escalated from 2nd level support.
  • Assisting in capacity planning, performing software upgrades on production platforms, data centers build outs as well as change planning.
  • Assisting in tracking bugs and gathering specific technical information to be given to the developers.
  • Tuning systems for maximum availability and performance.
  • Being on call with shift periods (pager and cell phone) which may include nights and/or weekends and holidays (no travel is required).

Required Technical Skills:

  • Must have senior level systems administration experience in both Linux and Solaris in a 24/7 Operations environment.
  • Extensive perl and shell programming experience.
  • Experience with Java, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss from an operational perspective.
  • Experience with Tcp dump, Ethereal.
  • Experience in installing and administering hardware and software raid, including remote data backup and recovery.
  • Experience with major TCP/IP protocols.
  • VMWARE Knowledge.

Target qualifications and pre-requisites include:

  • 5+ years of installing and maintaining Linux and Solaris servers with a high emphasis on security issues.
  • 2+ years of installing VMWARE or Windows Virtual Server to deploy Solaris/Linux operating environment.
  • 3+ years of development of monitoring tools, data backup and recovery tools, scripting languages such as Perl, shell.
  • 3+ years of administration experience with MySQL, DNS (bind), SNMP.
  • Knowledge about WAN and LAN engineering, in setting up, monitoring and maintaining Cisco LAN Switches, VPN, GRE and IPSec tunnels on Cisco routers.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and documentation writing.
  • Able to perform in high pressure emergency situations.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated.

Sr.System Administrator
This position requires:

  • Installing, Troubleshooting, Administering the Windows98/XP/NT/2K/2k3, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange.
  • Remote Administration on Client Servers, Backup & Recovery Management, Patch Management, Good Knowledge on MS Clusters, Windows Load Balancing.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Candidates with 4-8 years experience with extensive experience in Migration methods and Disaster Recovery, Hands on experience on multiple domain environment and Exchange, capable of handling large Enterprise Networks
  • Work Experience on LAN and WAN (networking).
  • Good Communication skills , documentation skills.

Qualification: Degree or Diploma in computer engineering or related disciplines.
Certification required: MCSE / CCNA.


Jr. System Administrator
This position requires:

  • Installing, Troubleshooting, Administering the Windows98/XP/NT/2K/2k3, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange

Required Technical Skills:

  • Remote Administration on Client Servers, Backup & Recovery Management, Patch Management. Knowledge about LAN and WAN (networking)

Qualification: Degree or Diploma in computer engineering or related disciplines.

Experience Level: 1 to 2 years


Sr. Database Administrators - MS SQL / MySQL / Oracle (DBA8)
This position requires:

Responsible for SQL Server 2000-2005 performance tuning , auditing stored procedure triggers and database designs. Experienced in database backup and recovery, monitoring and maintaining multiple databases activities.
Required Technical Skills:
  • Experience in Migration from 2000 to 2005 will be an added advantage.



Windows Client Engineer/ Windows Lead Engineer

NetEnrich is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Windows engineer with strength and expertise in current Windows software engineering, as well as strong computer science fundamentals.

  • This position requires detailed knowledge and proficiency of Win32 system programming as well as GUI level programming.
