The NetEnrich Systems Engineer is a highly technical professional possessing in-depth knowledge of the Cloud or Managed Services industry, as well as specialized knowledge of Linux, Microsoft and virtualization technologies. The Systems Engineer must demonstrate technical leadership and subject matter expertise on NetEnrich products, Cloud architectures, Billing and Provisioning systems, and competitive offerings in the Virtualization. The SE is a partner in the sales process, participates in the creation of sales strategy and tactics and takes ownership of technical responsibilities within customer accounts. This includes presentations, account management, assisting customers with evaluations and benchmarks, system configurations, and system installations. Post-sales support is typically handled through the ustomer Service organization; however, the SE may be called upon to provide on-site problem resolution as necessary. System Engineers may also be called on to assist with trade shows.
