Services Marketing Manager

NetEnrich, Inc., a fast growing company specializing in remote infrastructure management, is seeking an experienced Services Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This position is located in our San Jose, CA headquarters facility.

A Service Marketing Manager role at NetEnrich is an incredibly diverse and rewarding role. As a Service Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities for your service offerings. You will craft the messaging and positioning for service offerings. You'll conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial for success. The ability to take customer and market feedback and incorporate that feedback into service offering changes and adjustments is also critical.

The Service Marketing Manager must be able to interface effectively and establish quick credibility and confidence with: Development, Delivery, Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and our customers across all channels. This requires an extremely talented and flexible individual with strong presentation skills, adept business knowledge, organizational abilities, and who is capable of bridging customer business requirements to technical feature set and broader market trends, indices, and capabilities.

The Services Marketing Manager will develop strategic marketing plans for a product or product line through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning.

A Services Marketing Manager will also develop new product feature and functionality in partnership with Engineering. The Services Marketing Manager participates and acts as marketing's primary advocate on cross- functional development teams. The Services Marketing Manager often has to provide customer use-case examples to engineering and is the primary bridge between customer feedback and requirements and R&D.

Key Responsibilities

• Share and be responsible for the revenue and profitability of the service offerings you manage.
• Drive and develop material for multiple service offerings and service launches including press releases, launch materials, customer presentations, videos, Pod Casts, and sales training materials.
• Develop and drive competitive marketing campaigns to ensure NetEnrich’s market share and profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on competitive selling, pricing, market development and field solutions.
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market.
• Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products.
• Product launch - plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
• Market intelligence - be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them.
• Demand generation - develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of services marketing experience with at least 2 years experience in a field facing role in managed services, IT services, or SaaS.
• Experience in managed services or cloud computing beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Very strong written communication skills.
• Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams as well as third parties.
• Motivated, disciplined and self-directed.
• Strong follow-up skills.
• Must be organized and disciplined with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Must be capable of creating and delivering presentations.
• Must have Computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, Salesforce.com and PowerPoint.
• Must be a US Citizen or eligible to work in the US
• Understanding of IT infrastructure including computer networks, servers and storage.
