Raju Chekuri – Chairman, President and CEO
Passion. Perseverance. Perspective. These adjectives describe Raju Chekuri and the dynamic, entrepreneurial culture he’s created at NetEnrich. Ask him what 25 year’s experience in engineering, marketing, sales, business development, finance and general management has taught him and he’ll end up sharing a whole new perspective on ways to establish a global managed services powerhouse organization. Chekuri’s career has evolved with the increased technology complexity IT teams face and the opportunity to help them operate better and leverage this technology for optimum business outcomes. It is about the need for IT to move toward IT-as-a-Service Provider to their business. This is all we do: help IT mitigate operations risk and drive business innovation – and help our channel partners do the same for their clients. At NetEnrich, his main duties include:

Prior to founding NetEnrich, Chekuri founded Velio Communications, Inc. (a.k.a. Chip2Chip, Inc.) in 1998. He managed the company as president and CEO. Velio was a bleeding-edge network and systems semiconductor company funded by Sequoia Capital, Redpoint Ventures and Capital Research, among others. The company was purchased by LSI Logic and Rambus in 2003. Prior to Velio, Chekuri was Director of Strategic Ventures at Cadence Design Systems.
Ray Solari – Chief Financial Officer
As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for NetEnrich, Ray is responsible for managing the financing and cash flow for the company. He and his team provide the reporting and analysis for management to make the best business decisions for the firm. The team also manages tax, compliance and human resources. In a successful career at technology companies, Ray has led finance at several venture-backed private companies including Velio, where he first worked with Raju Chekuri, as well as worked in budgeting and reporting at large public companies, including Intel. He served in key finance and accounting roles through an IPO and several M&A transactions on both buy and sell side. He began his career at Big Four accounting firm Deloitte and earned his MBA from the Haas School at U.C. Berkeley.
Justin Crotty – Senior VP & GM – Channel Sales
Justin Crotty is Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Channels for NetEnrich. A twenty-year technology channel veteran, Justin has held executive leadership roles in sales and business development in companies ranging from early-stage Silicon Valley technology firms to Fortune 100 corporations. Justin Crotty is an influential voice and a long-time advocate for managed IT and cloud-based services in the IT Channel.
Justin joined NetEnrich from Cisco Systems where he was Director of Business Development for Cisco Impact, Cisco’s annuity automation business, leading the Partner Enablement, Product Management, and Platform Development functions. He joined Cisco through the acquisition of MaintenanceNet where Justin served as Vice President of World-Wide Sales. Justin was an early member of the NetEnrich Management team from 2010-2015 where he served as SVP and GM and was responsible for NetEnrich’s early channel sales strategy and revenue growth.
Prior to joining NetEnrich, Justin served as the Vice President of Services at distribution giant Ingram Micro, Inc. There he conceived and launched the cloud services division where his team pioneered the first IT managed and cloud services distribution model in the North American IT distribution business, which included managed services, SaaS platforms, cloud services, and recurring revenue offerings previously not available through IT distribution. This innovative model was duplicated by all major competitors and is now standard across the IT distribution industry.
Justin holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Bentley College in Waltham, MA.
He is Founder and Board Chairman of the San Juan Capistrano Education Foundation, Inc. and serves on several non-profit boards.
Ravikumar Raghavenderrao – Vice President – Service Delivery
Ravi RRK, as he is known, is the Vice President – Service Delivery at NetEnrich Inc. Ravi’s responsibilities include Service Delivery Management, Customer Satisfaction, and New Service Introduction. Ravi’s team also has the responsibility to ensure and enforce Quality and Policy standards across the NetEnrich organization. Ravi has over two decades of experience in the IT industry in the areas of Remote Infrastructure Management, Delivery and Large Account Management. Prior to joining NetEnrich, in Oct 2010, Ravi spent over 20 years at Wipro Technologies in various positions. Ravi was one of the earliest members of the Remote Infrastructure Management practice at Wipro. His roles at Wipro included Sales, Delivery, Project, and Program Management. Ravi holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree from Osmania University and a Master of Engineering (Mechanical) degree from the Indian Institute of Science.
Raghu Kamath – Vice President – Sales & Partner Success
Raghu is the guiding force within NetEnrich to help our clients achieve their IT Operations objectives. He leads our enterprise business unit and is responsible for the sales, business development and transformation engineering teams. He has played a vital role in assisting our clients transformation from back office IT to the service provider to their business. Raghu is an expert in bimodal IT, Industrialization, automation & Intelligent business operations. His strong focus on customer success has enabled our enterprise clients to realize their objectives with NetEnrich. He has also played a key role in the development of the channel programs that our channel partners use every day to be more relevant to their clients. He has won several industry recognition including channel chief by CRN. Prior to joining NetEnrich in 2007, Raghu spent over 12 years developing remote infrastructure management solutions, and managing large accounts, service delivery and IT portfolio assessment for IBM Global Services, Tavant Technologies and Object Interactive.
Chris Joseph – Vice President – Product Management and Marketing
Chris Joseph is Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at NetEnrich, where he is responsible for product & services management of NetEnrich services and their marketing. An early employee of NetEnrich, he has over twenty years of experience in areas of product management, marketing, business, high-technology, innovation, and management consulting, and has led multiple teams at companies such as Sun Microsystems, NexPrise, Booz&Co, BetaSphere, and Compaq. A seasoned innovator, Chris has conceived and launched numerous SaaS and cloud products & services in areas of collaboration, e-commerce, e-marketplaces, process & workflow automation, PLM, analytics, ITIL & ITSM management services, and crowd-sourcing. He has a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, a B.Tech in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from the IIT- Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and M.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Sandeep Tewari – VP of Engineering
Sandeep Tewari heads R&D and engineering at NetEnrich, where he is responsible for product development, quality engineering, and engineering support. He is an enterprise software veteran with more than 20 years of experience building scalable enterprise SaaS applications in a variety of domains. Sandeep has spent a major part of his career working for fast paced Silicon Valley start-ups both in development and engineering management roles. He is a strong believer in agile development methodologies and has successfully created high performing global engineering teams.
Prior to joining NetEnrich Sandeep was the VP Engineering at Steelwedge where he built a very innovative and unique planning platform which scales to billions of planning items. Prior to Steelwedge Sandeep was the VP Engineering at Spigit where he built a social innovation platform which supports millions of users. Prior to Steelwedge Sandeep created products in the areas of ITSM, Customer Experience Management and performed cutting edge research in 3D graphics. Sandeep holds a Master’s in computer science from Texas A&M University with a specialization in 3D graphics and a Bachelors in Computer Science from National, Institute of Technology (NIT), Trichy, India.
Javed Sikander – CTO – Cloud Services
Javed Sikander is the CTO for Cloud Services at NetEnrich, where he is responsible for strategy, development and evangelism of enterprise cloud solutions and services. He focusses on helping enterprise customers adopt cloud for their infrastructure and their applications. Prior to joining NetEnrich, Javed served as the CEO of XtreamIT, a solution and services provider company. Prior to XtreamIT, Javed served as a senior director at Microsoft for over a decade, where he oversaw the vision and development of Windows Azure BizTalk Services and also helped Microsoft evangelize the Office platform to vertical industries like Retail and Manufacturing. Throughout his 22 year career, Javed has been in various product development and technical evangelism roles engaging with enterprise developers and solution architects. Javed holds a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas.
