Ask him what 25 years' experience in engineering, marketing, sales, business development, finance and general management has taught him and he'll end up sharing a whole new perspective on ways to establish a global managed services powerhouse organization.
Chekuri's career has evolved with the growing enterprise IT market, and he's intensely focused on innovating new ways for the IT channel to embrace and develop their managed services businesses.
At NetEnrich, his main duties involve:
- Driving organizational strategy
- Leading an experienced executive team
- Innovation and growth initiatives
Prior to founding NetEnrich, Chekuri founded Velio Communications, Inc. (a.k.a. Chip2Chip, Inc.) in 1998. He managed the company as president and CEO. Velio was a bleeding-edge network and systems semiconductor company funded by Sequoia Capital, Redpoint Ventures and Capital Research, among others. The company was purchased by LSI Logic and Rambus in 2003. Prior to Velio, Chekuri was Director of Strategic Ventures at Cadence Design Systems.
He resides in Pleasanton, California with his wife Geeta and two boys. He enjoys golf, basketball, entrepreneurship, investments and travel.

Do you know anyone who can walk into a room and immediately lift the tension, lighten the mood and have everyone laughing? Justin Crotty is that guy. Well known in the industry as a services expert and long-time channel advocate, he's the guy who is constantly evangelizing a "pain free" and more profitable approach to managing an IT services business.
His formal role involves managing the market-facing functions of the company and generating ways for NetEnrich partners to grow and scale their business in a more profitable way. With 18 years' experience in IT management, he understands how to get to profitability faster, solve problems and push sales growth.
Prior to joining NetEnrich, Crotty conceived, launched and grew the services division at distribution giant, Ingram Micro, Inc. His team pioneered the first IT managed and cloud services distribution model in the business, which included:
- Managed Services, Cloud Computing, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
- Ingram Micro’s Service Network of solution providers
- Warranty maintenance services and professional IT labor based services
Widely recognized as an IT channel champion, Crotty has held management positions in IT sales and marketing and he began his career as an IT network engineer with IBM.
Crotty serves on the CompTIA Ambassador Council, is founder and board chairman of the San Juan Capistrano Education Foundation, Inc., and serves on several non-profit boards. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Bentley College in Waltham, MA.

When we say keep the control, we consider our co-founder Varma Kunaparaju. He's passionate about solving enterprise computing challenges and empowering IT teams with the IT channel's most comprehensive portfolio of closet to cloud managed services. He ensures that our partners have complete visibility into the performance and functionality of their end client's technology infrastructures. And, he manages a highly secure and advanced operations center which is regularly audited by third-party compliance agencies to ensure ITIL standards.
Kunaparaju has 17 years' experience in high-technology engineering, and has a proven record of building and delivering enterprise software. Prior to NetEnrich, Kunaparaju was co-founder and vice president of Product Development at NexPrise, where he was responsible for delivering six major versions of its products to Fortune 100 companies.
Before that, Kunaparaju worked with researchers at Palo Alto Research Labs, where he created a multi-company collaborative commerce infrastructure on the Internet. This was subsequently spun off into NexPrise. Prior to Palo Alto Research Labs, he held key consulting positions at Exodus Communications and worked closely with key clients like Sun Microsystems. Kunaparaju holds two patents in collaborative product development and co-developed BML, which was the first XML-based language for transporting collaborative application data over the internet.
He resides in Cupertino, California with his wife Padma and son. Kunaparaju enjoys golf, travel and spending time with his family.

Jennifer Baier Anaya - Vice President of Corporate Marketing |

Some people craft vision, some take direction… but a rare few can move from strategy to tactical implementation in a heartbeat. That’s Jennifer Anaya.
The former principal at iD8 (Ideate) marketing, Anaya has proven expertise in IT branding, channel market strategy and corporate communications, as well as executive communications and business coaching. Prior to iD8, Anaya served as Ingram Micro’s vice president of marketing communications. She led a team of professionals in Ingram Micro's full service marketing and events agency.
With more than 18 years of experience in business marketing and PR, she takes a practical approach to inspiring brand development, market innovation and growth strategies. She has the heart of an entrepreneur, the organization skills of a corporate player, and an insider’s understanding of the issues and challenges small businesses face. Anaya attended the University of Southern California School of Journalism and lives in Long Beach, California with her husband Rick and two daughters.
During the winter and early spring, you’ll find Anaya on the slopes, she's with her family on the beach in the summer, and checking out a new cooking class or entertaining friends during the fall.

Chris Joseph - Senior Director of Product Management |

Chris is our "go-to" guy for all things technical, when it comes to enterprise remote service delivery. His vast technology expertise spans ITSM, SaaS, B2B, B2C, consumer and enterprise software, as well as cloud computing, social media, mobile, and location-based services. He's developed, packaged and produced it all.
With more than 14 years of experience in product management, product marketing and business development in startup and entrepreneurial environments, Chris has held senior roles in product management for AnswerGem, BetaSphere, NexPrise, Sun Microsystems, Booz-Allen & Hamilton, in addition to NetEnrich.
As senior director of product management, Chris will be responsible for guiding NetEnrich in enhancing its service packaging and delivery process.

Jeff Carr - Vice President of Sales |

Driven and high energy are the two best ways to describe veteran sales exec, Jeff Carr. With more than twenty years of fast-growth sales leadership experience, Jeff knows what it takes to develop high performing consultative sales teams and take a company to its limits. He's fanatical about delivering superior customer service, and supporting partners with the expertise to grow their own sales effectiveness.
Jeff has served in executive sales leadership positions at CipherTrust, LuciData, Inc., Netscape, Borderware Technologies and Vericept. He began his career at NCR Corporation's Data Services Division, joining Oracle's applications division when AT&T acquired NCR.
At NetEnrich, Jeff is responsible for continuing to develop NetEnrich's consultative sales team, as well as driving the company's global expansion and partner acquisition.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys spending time at his family's winery, the critically acclaimed Garfield Estates Vineyard & Winery located in Palisade, CO. He also serves on the board of KidsTek, a decade-old nonprofit dedicated to providing technology education and training to Denver area underprivileged kids.

Raghu Kamath - Vice President of Partner Management |

When our enterprise partners are looking for a "better way to work" and drive higher productivity within their IT Operations, Raghu is the guiding force within NetEnrich for helping them to achieve their objectives.
Since joining NetEnrich, Raghu has played a vital role in the development of the programs that our enterprise and IT channel partners use every day to increase their revenues and improve profit margins. One example of this is his leadership in developing a formal partner program that enables our diverse partner base across North America develop their IT services portfolios and successfully launch new cloud, virtualization, disaster recovery, functional sources and enterprise "IT-as-a-Service" solutions. As vice president of partner management, Raghu also assists with sales, and identifies new way that partners can improve their delivery capabilities.
Prior to joining NetEnrich, Raghu spent 12 years developing remote infrastructure management solutions, and managing large accounts, service delivery and IT portfolios for IBM Global Services, Tavant Technologies and Object Interactive.
Raghu resides in Ann Arbor, Mich. with his wife Sheela and two boys. He is a United States Chess Federation rated chess player, and can be found on the weekends playing at chess tournaments with his son.
