NetEnrich developed a rich reporting system that allows our customers to have a clear view into not only the services we are delivering but also monitor performance related metrics. We have specific reports designed to help the VAR communicate the ongoing value of the service to their customers and highlight possible areas in the customer’s IT system that need upgrades or replacements. All our portals and reports are fully customizable and branded for our reseller partners. This allows our channel partners to present a unified image to the end customer. The portal also serves as a control center from which the VAR requests and approves actions on behalf of their customers including maintenance activities, patching, system administration and much more.
