What is the NetEnrich Agent?
The NetEnrich agent is a tool installed in the customer’s environment and was designed to meet the needs of the Global NOC personnel and the VARs. VARs can now take control of any of their customer’s machines remotely using NetEnrich. The customer’s machine need not be attached to their local networks and the VAR can access them from anywhere in the world through the Partner Portal with their web browser.    Built in to the NetEnrich system is complete recording of every remote control session of customer environments. This recording is automatic and stored on the partner portal. VARs can access and replay these recordings to review every keystroke and mouse click in any individual session.
2. Built-in remote controls
   VARs have free access to the NetEnrich built-in remote control system. This allows them to take control of any desktop or server in their customer’s inventory even if the device is outside of the local network. What’s more the VAR can access the tool through their web browser from anywhere in the world.
3. Encrypted sessions
   All sessions are full 256 bit SSL encrypted to ensure all communications are completely secured. Thereby protecting the customer’s data and the security of their environment.
