On Demand Services

On demand services help our partners take on additional projects or on-demand requests from their customers to troubleshoot and manage databases, applications, servers and other network infrastructure. These services could include Exchange migration, firmware and software upgrades, server provisioning, database administration, back-up and restores, adds/moves/changes and installation/configuration of applications etc. These services are not covered under the traditional remote managed services scope and are offered on a project basis depending on the need. All these services will be provided by certified staff and well defined ITIL based processes through our Secure NOC.

Typically, services are sold in buckets of hours on a subscription or on-demand basis. Partners can purchase either of these packages. These buckets of hours can be applied to any number of customers. With on-demand services, partners can now increase their profitability by taking on additional, valuable tasks for their customers.

On Demand - Remote System Administration Services

NetEnrich also offers Remote DBA services to improve database performance, reliability, and security to ensure proper backup and recovery and eliminate any loss of data. Remote DBA services are delivered by experienced database administrators who have extensive experience and are guided by ITIL ‘best practices’. NetEnrich’s remote DBA administrators will go through and review the database ‘health’ and then build an operation plan that is shared and discussed with customers to reach agreed priorities for DBA activities. Remote DBA services are scheduled around customer business operations in order to minimize disruption. Upon completion of the process, Remote DBAs will deliver a final document that details the configurations and policies for the database(s).
