The NetEnrich Service Delivery Framework, with its intrinsic components, (Secure NOC, Best Practices Methodology and ITelligence) provides a sophisticated step mechanism to triage and resolve customer alerts. It creates a seamless integration with the customer's environment regarding problem alerts and produces an informative ticket with detailed reports. Normally, the problem emerges at the customer's site, which generates an alert. The NetEnrich Partner Portal is available to all of our partners as a central repository to access critical information about the health and state of their customer’s IT environment. NetEnrich has developed a rich reporting system that allows partners to have a clear view into the services we provide, but also performance related metrics. There are specific reports designed to communicate the ongoing value of the service and highlight possible areas in the customer’s IT system that need upgrades or replacements.
NetEnrich’s SG100 Services Gateway (NSG) is an on-premise plug and play, preconfigured appliance used for 24/7 monitoring and management of servers, network and storage infrastructure devices, and business critical applications that exist within an end customer’s computing environment. The NetEnrich Services Gateway can be deployed in any network with a DCHP address, which can be changed to a static IP later, and it automatically registers into the NetEnrich partner portal to establish and maintain a tunnel for all future communications.
The NetEnrich Agent is a useful tool installed in the customer’s environment and designed to meet the needs of our partners. VARs can now take control of any of their customer’s machines remotely using the NetEnrich Agent. The customer’s machine need not be attached to their local networks, and the VAR can access them from anywhere in the world through the Partner Portal with a simple Web browser. NetEnrich agent has been designed to be 100% transparent to the user and will only display as an icon in the system tray after a quick and easy installation.
