Our small and medium enterprise solutions are currently available exclusively through Arrow under Fusion Services offering. Simple monitoring, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) based remediation and full IT infrastructure management are offered through the WATCH, AID, and MANAGE packages. Services such as discovery provide a complete characterization of the IT infrastructure with detailed information on areas for optimization, remediation and improved utilization. Discovery services can also help solution providers like us make a broader case for the need for managed services for a customer’s environment.
