
Physical Infrastructure: NetEnrich NOC is a 10,000 sq ft facility located in Hyderabad, India, with more than 150 experts operating 24 X 7 X 365. Internet connectivity and electric power is provided by multiple service providers in order to ensure redundancy.
Computer System Infrastructure: NetEnrich has a robust infrastructure of servers, networking and workstations and secure data centers with high availability with best-in-class servers with Raid 5 storage. Hardware functions on a Cisco Layer 3 Switch to constitute various sections of the support center as distinct VLAN's. The backbone for LAN is on fiber (GIGA SPEED) and the entire UTP is Giga Speed. NetEnrich uses best-in-class hardware-based firewall systems & virus protection software.
Test lab: NetEnrich houses a test lab for each client setup, based on the support requirements to facilitate better understanding and support of client technology products. Test lab is used extensively for simulating customer problems and advanced troubleshooting.
People and processes: NetEnrich employs engineers capable for L1, L2 and L3 support. All critical calls are attended by L3 engineers which are part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) team. All processes follows in the NOC are based on ITIL guidelines and best practices.
