Partner Program Manager

Getting started with managed services requires much more than just purchasing a technology solution.

Every partner of NetEnrich is assigned a dedicated Partner Account Manager. Your Partner Account Manager understands the business drivers of value to our partners and will guide you through this process supporting you in the development, implementation and execution of a successful managed services business plan.

Within 48 hours of signing up with our services, all new NetEnrich partners receive a phone call from their dedicated Partner Account Manager to schedule an "introductory meeting". The goal of this first conference call is to learn more about:

  1. Your business background and goals
  2. Your current business baseline and profile
  3. Your objectives and expectations related to managed services

Upon completion of the first call, your Partner Account Manager will:

  1. Outline an implementation plan for their go-to-market strategy.
  2. Register your company for technical training.
  3. Review the resources available for ongoing support from our partner portal. The Partner Account Manager will also introduce you access to our training team.

Your Partner Account Manager becomes an extension of your own organization as a consultant and sounding board for new ideas, the "go to" person to understand and promote your product development priorities as well as ensure that new features that we develop can be integrated into your business. The Partner Account Manager is the focal point for two way communication with NetEnrich that is the basis of our partnership with you as we build our businesses together.
