Annually, CRN’s Channel Chiefs list recognizes the top executives who are directly responsible for driving channel sales and growth within their respective organizations, and evangelizing the importance of the channel throughout the entire industry. Since 2011, Crotty has represented NetEnrich on this prestigious list, which includes the most powerful leaders with the IT channel.

Crotty was selected as a 2014 Channel Chief for his influential role in championing NetEnrich’s efforts to provide MSPs and IT solution providers with a better and more profitable way to manage IT operations. Since joining NetEnrich in 2010, Crotty has also been instrumental in helping the company’s channel partners develop sound strategies for increasing recurring IT service revenues.

In 2013, NetEnrich continued to focus on services transformation and business enablement for its solution provider partners. Key initiatives included investing in resources to support its partners in developing a new services culture and go-to-market plan for their managed services businesses; extending its services offerings to focus on solution providers serving the SMB market; and, enhancing its IT Operations Platform to simplify hybrid IT infrastructure management and services marketing for its channel partners.

In acknowledging the recognition given by CRN Magazine, NetEnrich CEO Raju Chekuri says,
“We are delighted that Justin is again representing NetEnrich as part of the 2014 Channel Chiefs. Over the past decade, NetEnrich has built an outstanding reputation for having the technology, engineering expertise and proven enterprise-class methods needed to transform the way IT solution providers service their SMB, mid-market and enterprise clients. Our continued recognition among the channel elite supports our vision to enable solution providers to serve as a ‘go-to’ resource for end-to-end remote infrastructure management services for their clients.”

For more than ten years, Channel Chiefs have been selected by the CRN editorial team based on channel experience, program innovations, channel-driven revenue, and public support for the importance of IT channel sales.

“We are pleased to highlight the many executives throughout the industry who work tirelessly to advance the standing of the channel community within their organizations. The CRN Channel Chief honorees lead, inspire and engage peers and serve as valuable advocates to help ensure the health and longevity of the channel within the IT industry. We applaud their efforts and look forward to their continued success,” says Robert Faletra, CEO, The Channel Company.
