Raju Chekuri – Chairman, President and CEO

Passion. Perseverance. Perspective. These adjectives describe Raju Chekuri and the dynamic, entrepreneurial culture he’s created at NetEnrich. Ask him what 25 years’ experience in engineering, marketing, sales, business development, finance and general management has taught him and he’ll end up sharing a whole new perspective on ways to establish a global managed services powerhouse organization.
Chekuri’s career has evolved with the growing enterprise IT market, and he’s intensely focused on innovating new ways for the IT channel to embrace and develop their managed services businesses.
At NetEnrich, his main duties involve:
- Driving organizational strategy
- Leading an experienced executive team
- Innovation and growth initiatives
Prior to founding NetEnrich, Chekuri founded Velio Communications, Inc. (a.k.a. Chip2Chip, Inc.) in 1998. He managed the company as president and CEO. Velio was a bleeding-edge network and systems semiconductor company funded by Sequoia Capital, Redpoint Ventures and Capital Research, among others. The company was purchased by LSI Logic and Rambus in 2003. Prior to Velio, Chekuri was Director of Strategic Ventures at Cadence Design Systems.
He resides in Pleasanton, California with his wife Geeta and two boys. He enjoys golf, basketball, entrepreneurship, investments and travel.

Justin Crotty – Sr. Vice President & General Manager

Do you know anyone who can walk into a room and immediately lift the tension, lighten the mood and have everyone laughing? Justin Crotty is like that. In the world of NetEnrich, he’s the guy who advocates a “pain free” approach to managing an IT services business.
His formal role involves generating ways for NetEnrich partners to grow and scale their business in a more profitable way. With 18 years’ experience in IT management and as a technician, he knows how to get to profitability faster, solve problems and push sales growth. Prior to joining NetEnrich, Crotty conceived and launched the services division at distribution giant, Ingram Micro, Inc. His team established and grew the first IT managed and cloud services distribution model in the business. He went on to develop Ingram Micro’s services portfolio, which included:
- Managed Services, Cloud Computing, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
- Ingram Micro’s Service Network of solution providers
- Warranty maintenance services and professional IT labor based services
Widely recognized as an IT channel champion, Crotty has held management positions in IT sales and marketing, and he began his career as an IT network engineer with IBM.
Crotty serves on the Comptia Ambassador Council, is Founder and Board Chairman of the San Juan Capistrano Education Foundation, Inc. and serves on several non-profit boards. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Bentley College in Waltham, MA. Crotty, his wife Jill and their three children live in Los Gatos, CA.

Varma Kunaparaju – Sr. Vice President & CTO

When we say keep the control, we consider our co-founder Varma Kunaparaju. He’s passionate about solving enterprise computing challenges and empowering IT teams with the IT channel’s most comprehensive portfolio of closet to cloud managed services. He ensures that our partners have complete visibility into the performance and functionality of their end client’s technology infrastructures. And, he manages a highly secure and advanced operations center which is regularly audited by third-party compliance agencies to ensure ITIL standards.
Kunaparaju has 17 years’ experience in high-technology engineering, and has a proven record of building and delivering enterprise software. Prior to NetEnrich, Kunaparaju was co-founder and vice president of Product Development at NexPrise, where he was responsible for delivering six major versions of its products to Fortune 100 companies.
Before that, Kunaparaju worked with researchers at Palo Alto Research Labs, where he created a multi-company collaborative commerce infrastructure on the Internet. This was subsequently spun off into NexPrise. Prior to Palo Alto Research Labs, he held key consulting positions at Exodus Communications and worked closely with key clients like Sun Microsystems. Kunaparaju holds two patents in collaborative product development and co-developed BML, which was the first XML-based language for transporting collaborative application data over the internet.
He resides in Cupertino, California with his wife Padma and son. Kunaparaju enjoys golf, travel and spending time with his family.
