The NetEnrich Services Gateway (NSG), also powered by Vistara, is an on-premise software virtualized appliance used for 24×7 monitoring and management of servers, network, storage, and business critical applications that exist within a client’s IT environment. The NetEnrich Services Gateway can be deployed in any network with a DHCP address and can be changed to a static IP later. It automatically registers into the NetEnrich partner portal to establish and maintain a tunnel for all future communications.

The NetEnrich N-Care agent, also powered by Vistara, is a powerful tool installed in the client’s environment on certain classes of devices. It enables IT admins to take remote control of client devices, as well as provides the ability to execute certain pro-active tasks on the target device. The client device can be anywhere, and as long as it is connected to the internet, an IT admin can access it from anywhere in the world through the NetEnrich partner portal using a simple web browser.
