VPM™/G + Hard Controller™

NetEnrich can handle 90% of IT administration tasks remotely through its patented Virtual Private Management Gateway (VPM™/G) appliance and its Hard Controller™ devices. These on-premise appliances are its eyes, ears and hands into IT systems, providing us with 'as-if-we-were-there' interface to servers, network devices and desktops just as if we had physical access. The VPM™/G provides secure in-band (VNC, RDP, Telnet & SSH) access via using a standard web browser, with all communication SSL encrypted. Our VPM™/G appliances auto discover target devices in LAN and also scale easily to manage new target devices at site. Also accessed via the on-premise VPMT/G are our Hard ControllerT which perform out-of-band (KVM, serial console, USB, and power control) access to device command and control streams. This level of access is critical for the restoration of machines too sick to respond to in-band techniques, or for the building of new machines. Our access compliance technology creates time-based access control of devices in customer environment for our remote administrators. This ensures that either NetEnrich or 3rd party administrators who are brought into the environment to troubleshoot critical problems on devices, cannot access the device more than the required timeframe.

"Tivo"-like Audit & Logging Technology

NetEnrich's remote administration technology is actually more secure than in-house administrators, because of our Tivo'-like capability to record and playback all management console sessions on target devices. These recordings can be used for audit trails, support continuity, change tracking, or training purposes.

Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Technology

NetEnrich's virtual image management technology allows recovery capabilities for target devices when hit by disasters. Our Hard Controllers allow us to remotely mount CD ISO images on failed device using local CD ROM drive and recover data on systems before OS restoration. We can also restore OS via remote USB CD-ROM based images of the OS.

NetEnrich's customer visibility dashboard portal provides the customer with full 24x7 secure visibility into key performance indicators of the NetEnrich services. Customers can monitor service levels as well as the health, availability, and status of devices. Additionally, trouble ticketing information and reports are also provided. The dashboard brings full security, privacy, transparency, predictability and accountability to our customers. NetEnrich deploys its technologies (usually at a minimal cost, if not free) at a customer site or data center. This enables NetEnrich administrators based in NOCs in USA and India to securely monitor and manage IT infrastructure at customer sites or data centers, to very strict SLAs. Every administrator action is recorded by the VPM/G in real-time using its "Tivo-like" recording capability, thus enabling a compliance auditor and/or customer to audit all actions performed by NetEnrich at any time.
