Ray has led finance at multiple venture capital-backed and private technology companies and has expertise in private equity and M&A transactions. He began his career at Deloitte and Intel. Ray holds an MBA degree from Haas School at U.C. Berkeley and a BA degree from Harvard University.

Tony is a former Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Attivo Networks, a cybersecurity company where he led strategy and vision for the company leading to an acquisition by publicly traded SentinelOne in May 2022.
