We are looking to hire Technical Account Managers to work with our partners and clients to manage and grow our partners and clients in the following cities –
- Boston
- Houston
- San Jose
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility includes
- Account management, account growth and customer retention
- Partner management of strategic partners
- Customer acquisition and revenue growth – collaborate with NetEnrich Business Development Manager and Partner Sales Rep on large enterprise deals
- Deliver insight on customer’s IT operational needs, challenges and design solutions to transform their IT operations
- Bid management, solution presentation, proposal defense, stakeholder management, negotiation and contracting
- Customer management, monthly service review, quarterly business review, expectation management
- Deep understanding of partner’s business
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute against a go-to market strategy
- Opportunity generation & management
- New offering rollouts
- Navigate within partner organization to drive “Top of Mind”
- Leverage various teams in the organization effectively – e.g. management, BDM, pre-sales, marketing and service delivery teams for revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 – 10 years’ experience in account management, sales, or pre-sales related role in IT outsourcing, infrastructure management or managed services
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and the challenges faced by enterprises and IT practioners in managing their increasing complex IT infrastructure and navigating dynamics within IT organizations
- Deep understanding of current IT sourcing models
- Demonstrated experience in providing unique insights to CIOs and IT management to address their IT challenges
- Experience working with value added resellers (VARs), managed service providers and enterprise technology providers is a strong plus
- Strong experience in building solutions, and ability to tailor proposal or presentation for given scenario
- Strong customer engagement background and expertise
- Demonstrated experience playing the role of trusted advisor for customers or partners
- Hands-on, self-directed professional who plans, prepares and executes professionally
- Ability to work well with limited supervision and with limited resources
